At Securipro, we are committed to supplying professional-grade security equipment supported by clear, reliable warranty coverage. All products purchased from Securipro are protected by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Warranty Coverage Overview
1.1 Three-Year Manufacturer Warranty (Selected Brands)
Unless otherwise stated, products from the following manufacturers are supplied with a 3-year manufacturer-backed warranty from the invoice date:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures arising from normal use. Warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms.
1.2 One-Year Warranty (All Other Brands)
All products from manufacturers not listed above are supplied with a 1-year warranty, effective from the original date of purchase.
Warranty support may be provided by the manufacturer or, where applicable, by Securipro, depending on the product and supplier arrangements.
1.3 Six-Month Limited Warranty (Restricted Items)
The following product categories are covered by a limited 6-month warranty only, regardless of brand:

Clearance or end-of-line products

Pre-installed hard drives supplied within recorders or bundled systems
These items are clearly identified at the point of sale where applicable.
1.4 Fourteen-Day Limited Warranty (Accessories & Minor Items)
All accessories or items not explicitly covered under the warranties listed above are supplied with a 14-day limited warranty, effective from the delivery date.
This applies irrespective of manufacturer.
2. Warranty Claims & Returns Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must follow Securipro’s Returns Policy, which details:

All warranty claims are subject to inspection, testing, and validation before approval.
3. Warranty Claim Outcomes
3.1 Approved Warranty Claims
Where a warranty claim is approved, one of the following remedies will be applied, in order of priority:
3.1.1 Repair
If the fault is deemed repairable, the product will be repaired at no cost under warranty.
3.1.2 Replacement
If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with an identical or functionally equivalent unit. Replacement units may be supplied as new, refurbished, re-certified, repaired, or rebuilt, provided they meet original performance specifications.
3.1.3 Credit or Upgrade Option
If neither repair nor replacement is possible due to stock availability, a credit equal to the original purchase value will be issued. This credit may be applied toward:

An upgraded product of similar specification, or

A new purchase from Securipro
3.2 Rejected Warranty Claims
If a claim is declined due to reasons including but not limited to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, environmental damage, or expiry of the warranty period, the item will be returned unrepaired.
The following charges will apply:

Return Shipping: £10 (Mainland UK)

Non-mainland UK returns will be charged at the applicable delivery rate

Returned items will only be dispatched once all charges have been paid in full.
4. Out-of-Warranty Repair Service
Customers may request a paid, out-of-warranty repair service.
Upon request, Securipro will provide a no-obligation quotation by email, detailing:

Expected turnaround time
No repair work will commence without written approval of the quotation.

5. General Warranty Conditions

6. Replacement Units
Any replacement product supplied under warranty—including hard drives—may be refurbished, re-certified, repaired, or rebuilt. All replacement units are fully tested and certified to meet functional performance standards but are not guaranteed to be brand new.
7. Important Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty is not a replacement guarantee. Its purpose is to cover defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
Repair is the primary remedy under this warranty. Replacement will only be offered where repair is not feasible and is subject to availability. Customers should not assume that a replacement unit will be issued in all cases.
