At Securipro, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights, our processes, and how we handle refunds and returns in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Your Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Non-Returnable Goods

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalised

  • Opened software, licenses, or pre-configured CCTV equipment

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or are perishable

  • Health, hygiene, or safety products where seals are broken (if applicable)

Note: These exclusions apply only as permitted by law. Statutory rights for faulty goods or misdescribed items still apply.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement

  • Repair

These rights are valid for up to 30 days from receipt. Returns are free of charge if the goods are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • We will also refund any standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase.

  • Additional shipping costs (e.g., express delivery upgrades) are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.


6. Gifts

  • If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
